Beth and I took a trip to Napa Valley with her boss and were treated to some behind the scenes of the harvest thanks to Blankiet vineyards. A lot of hard work goes into that glass of wine.
While Beth and her boss attended a conference I checked out the early morning activities around Napa , and there aren’t many, except for driving on “private” roads. I kept worrying someone in a pickup truck was going to approach me with a shotgun and ask me to leave the vineyards.
I did manage to find a few balloons taking off for an early morning ride though.
Beth took this shot while we were hanging out at Chimney Rock with her parents, and then proceeded to dump an entire glass of red wine on her white pants.
